Zee Realty set out with an audacious business model – creating wealth through Real Estate for Gen-Zs. Zee is all about building a community of financially conscious and financially free Gen-z’s, with the ability to take control of their financial future.

What better way to represent this group identity than with zee realty’s custom zee-flag. A flag; a representation of liberty, a mark of ownership, a destination, and trust.

Brand Strategy
We started our process with a review of the old identity. We realized quickly that not only was the identity not consistent across brand touchpoints, but it also did not connect with their desired target audience.

After a series of discovery sessions and interviews, we realized that zee realty was not just trying to build a company, they were trying to build a tribe. A tribe of financially conscious and financially free Gen-Z’s.
 
We decided to position Zee Realty as a ‘life-enabling’ platform that helps the younger generation navigate their real estate investment journey and ultimately helps them build legitimate wealth.

Brand Identity

What better way to represent a tribe identity than with a custom flag. A flag; a representation of liberty, a mark of ownership, a destination, and trust. A celebration of growth, milestones reached, new land/property acquired. The Zee flag is the cornerstone of the new brand identity. This is supported by approachable typography, custom illustrations and animations, photography, a bright colour palette, and marketing language that emphasizes the joys of community & financial liberty.

Verbal Identity

Real estate can sound like complicated business. We wanted to make it as simple as possible. To do that, we created a verbal identity that was crystal clear, straight to the point and super easy to understand.

Colour Palette

In keeping with the ethos of the brand identity, Zee Realty’s colour palette consists of 7 core primary colours, that extend to form a whole library of colour tints, shades, and gradients. These colours are paired with photography and messaging to create a wide range of assets.

Brand Photography

​​​​​​​One of the most crucial areas of our brand identity. We wanted to center  Zee Realty not around it’s product, but around the audience it serves. Based on this goal, we organized a photoshoot for the brand that was entirely ‘people-centric’. Each pose was pre-planned based on our messaging, and was intentionally directed to portray certain actions and emotions.

To ensure a seamless and effective rebranding across all channels, we developed a comprehensive digital marketing plan. This plan includes not only a strategic foundation but also a conceptual approach and creative execution designed to support Zee Realty. Our commitment extends beyond the initial launch, positioning us as a sustainable, long-term partner.
